You can cancel anytime yourself, and you keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for. Payments are not refunded.
Cancelling your subscription
Log in, go to My subscription, and choose Cancel subscription. Cancellation is self-service and takes effect at the end of your current billing month. You keep full access until then, and you won’t be charged again. To stop the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
No refunds
All payments are non-refundable, including your first month. We encourage you to try the free preview lessons before subscribing.
Renewals
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You’ll receive a notification before each automatic charge. Charges that have already gone through are not refunded.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice, or charged without getting access, email us with your payment ID. We’ll refund the extra or failed charge in full.
How duplicate-charge refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. International students may see a small difference in the amount because of currency conversion by their bank.
Account suspension
No refund is given if an account is closed for sharing logins or copying course content, as described in our Terms and conditions.
