These terms govern your use of mownaramachandra.com (“the website”), run by Mowna Ramachandra (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a subscription, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You must give accurate details when you register and keep your login private. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Accounts are for one student only and may not be shared. Students under 18 need a parent or guardian to register and pay on their behalf.
2. Membership plans
- Free membership gives access to selected preview lessons and the student hub.
- Paid membership gives access to all courses and lessons for as long as your subscription is active.
- Plans are offered at different prices for students in India and outside India. You agree to choose the plan that matches where you live. We may move you to the correct plan if the wrong one was chosen.
3. Payments and renewals
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). International students’ banks may convert the charge to their local currency and add their own fees. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel anytime from your account. Refunds follow our Refund and cancellation policy.
5. Use of course content
All lessons, videos, audio, notes, and compositions on this website belong to Mowna Ramachandra. They are for your personal learning only. You may not download, record, copy, share, resell, or publish them, including on social media, without written permission. We may suspend or close accounts that break this rule, without refund.
6. Learning outcomes
Music learning depends on regular practice. We do not guarantee any particular level of progress, exam result, or performance outcome.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the website available at all times, but it may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We may update, add, or retire courses over time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and email active members about significant changes.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
